This audit /healthcheck offers two main benefits, firstly that we can provide you with accurate costings for our IT Support packages, but we can also provide you with a report detailing our findings. Things included will be:
Initial Analysis - An overview of your systems (servers, workstations and all coms equipment)
Findings - This gives you an overview of our findings, detailing any issues that we feel need attention or possibly immediate action
Recommendations - An overview of possible solutions that could be put in place to rectify the findings.
We feel it is important not only to highlight possible problem areas but offer solutions to how they can be resolved.  We will also include high level costs for any solutions recommeded.
